「They didnt have a room for me due to a fire, and I was stuck paying for an expensive uber to get there to be turned away. I then had to find another last minute place to stay hours before my plane home. All hotel prices were jacked up to 3x the price it would have been when I originally booked. No one gave me any notice that there would be no room ahead of time. I was extremely frustrated and broke down after a weary day of travel. I thought I was going to have to just spend the night homeless...

It smelled like smokers had been in there sometime prior to us; cleaner scent was overpowering; no soap (dish, dishwasher, laundry) in the kitchen. 1 small dish towel.」
