「This was a great place to stay for our trip to the PGA Tournament. Easy access to interstate and close to downtown and U of L. Street parking was always available. The unit has lots of charm and everything you need for your stay. Our host was great with his communication and the check-in/check-out process couldn’t have been easier.」

「We were not provided the main code for the front door, fortunately, there are many very friendly individuals that work in the apartment complex that were able to help us. Definitely took a little time to remember all the different codes for the building. The security code for the apartment is time sensitive, cannot check in one minute early. The apartment itself is very nice, we loved using the pool and grills on the roof!」

「Pros: We were very happy to book this apartment after our previous host (from another website) cancelled our booking last minute. The location of this apartment is also really convenient, and the view is amazing! The apartment is also well stocked with plenty of the essentials. There is also an awning at the front door you can park under to unload your luggage. Came in handy for us because it was sprinkling during our check out. The communication with/from the host was excellent! They even let...

「It was fine. Loved the balcony. Not clean to my standards at all. The was a towel shoved in the couch bed. There was something splattered on the ceiling. The floors were absolutely disgusting especially considering I took my crawling baby. And on our last day, when we stripped the bed, i was horrified at the stains and how crusty looking it was under the sheets. It was fine for a couple nights but I definitely won’t be staying at this location again」

「Our stay was awesome. Check-in process was easy. Room was huge!! Very comfortable and a block down from 4th Street Live (several restaurants and bars.) Quick Uber ride down to Main Street and you have access to even more restaurants and bars. Great place to stay overall.」

「I drove around for an hour waiting for a parking space to become available close to the hotel. There was no one on site at 7 pm when I arrived, and my code for the outside door would not work. Luckily, two guests let me in when they went in. The room had one little window at the top of the corner, making it feel like I was in the basement. The furnishings were cheap, and the floor was concrete. NOT cozy or inviting at all.」
