I was disappointed that they advertised as having free breakfast but there wasn’t any breakfast at all. It was really important to save time by eating at the hotel but we had to waste a lot of time searching for somewhere to eat. It may seem small but it was one reason I chose this hotel over the many other options.

The faucet in the kitchen sink was about to fall off. There was no silverware to speak of. We asked for new towels for our second day, which were not provided. And we found dog droppings from a previous guest under the sheets in out bed! Good location, but they need to seriously upgrade their service standards. For an extended stay facility, I would expect more.

If you are looking for a simple, no frills place to stay that is clean and comfortable, this place fits the bill. Bed was comfy, shower was great, bathroom was small but clean. No carpet in the room but the floors were clean. Our room actually had a small kitchen! Only downside is the elevator had a funky smell and hallway on the second floor smelled like spices. Otherwise the stay was great.

I eliminated four cockroaches during my stay on March 29th, 2024. Simply because the price was lower does not justify the presence of cockroaches in the hotel.

I requested a discount after I had to spray room for roaches since I had no option but to stay ( since everything was sold out around area) I booked this 2 weeks prior and expected property to be clean since it fairly new... manager said couldn't do anything ... so who can>??

This had to been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It had a roaches, hair on my towels, and a really strong older of cigarettes. I booked a non-smoking room, and as soon as I walked in it smelled like someone just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes. The hotel lobby smelled disgusting. When I tried to check out the next day, their only elevator was broken so I had to bring my luggage downstairs from the third floor. I called the front desk to see if they will help me Bring my luggage downstairs and they declined.

The customer service has been awesome. Houskeeping needs a lot of attention. Saw the cleaning ladies in action cleaning and they need new staff. When we got our room it was a bit nasty. Restroom was yucky and so was the kitchenette. Did see a few roaches as well. That's as bad as it got though.

I reserved a room for someone and they had to leave and rent a room at a different hotel because the room they got was infested with roaches. They were given another room, but same thing happened and it had mold. I want my money back NOW!

They charge hidden fees at random, but when you ask for items missing from room, you dont get them we stayed for quite a while and funally had to buy our own set of silverware, a skillet, can opener, bowls,etc. This was unacceptable considering they called me on the hotel phone in our room several times wanting proof my dog was a service dog, i told them it was in my husbands car, they were going to have to wait until he got home from work, on top of they wanted a 50 dollar cash deposit thats not listed as a fee on theyre website or posted at property.they ugnored us on the items we were missing, and that the burners didnt work.

I liked thwy had a kitchen and laundry facilities but they had a broken ice machine and had a brand new one in the lobby, pool looked like a cesspool, small roaches and fire ants, thete pet friendly but left ant baits all over. They called me on hitel in room phone on several occations about my service dog, stating service dogs dont bark, well how do you think they tell there person of the warning, it was rediculous, they charge a 50 dollar cash deposit they guve back at check out i was short 20 dollars but they did make it right where that was concerned

I stayed here previously and everything was clean and the staff friendly which is why I booked again, unfortunately this stay does not compare. The property is mostly clean, however, it now has bugs, the housekeeping staff do bare minimum and fail to empty the trash cans, leave fresh towels etc after clearing the used towels away. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful but overall this stay was disappointing and I will not return.
