Staff went out of there way to make sure our stay was pleasant. They were available to answer to all of our questions. The hotel was in walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions.

Excellent position on Váci Street on pedestrianised areas full of lovely shops/ restaurants & close to various transport facilities. All staff very friendly & spoke good English. Full self service breakfast with huge choice of fresh produce- fruits/ porridge/ yoghurts/ selection of breads/ croissants as well as bacon & eggs. Waiting staff very efficient & nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service throughout our stay.

This hotel was in a fantastic location, restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. Walking distance to main sights. The hotel itself was very clean and modern. We had an issue with the AC in our room but it was resolved very quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely book here again.
