Best Location

Best location, you have lots of options in Buenos Aires, none of them has better location than this one, this is an old hotel, yes, it is not modern or trendy, but is clean, comfortable, and the staff is great.

It was a nice place , however my room wasn’t the room I had booked . I was there only for 2 nights and it wasn’t worth changing the room . I had tours and excursions booked and got to hotel only to shower . Staff was great at the reception and helped me to sort out some immigration related paper work , breakfast was decent and my room was very clean .

I was delighted in every way by this hotel. It is absolutely deserving of its 4*, i found it above European standards in aesthetics and comfort. The staff were both professional and friendly, allowing us an early check-in. There were no defects in the room (the only sign everything in it wasn't brand new was a little rust on bathroom vent), which was bright (with amazing balcony vdirectly onto the obelisk), comfortable, classy. Lobby areas are welcoming, cool, clean, and tranquil respite from hot street. Some visitors might find the glass walk-in shower cramped, otherwise everything was roomy. Some traffic noise is inevitable but it did not bother our sleep. Air conditioning worked well (although it was either on or off...no thermostat).

The elevator is extremely loud and my room was right next to it and it wakes you up every time the door opens. The rooms are much smaller than the photos look. The location of the hotel is very good but overall the standard was quite poor and there was no concierge as advertised and there was no laundry service on the weekend

The sleeping mats are useless, you end up with a sore back, the cleanliness in the rooms is poor, I don't recommend it, it's a good central location and you can see the obelisk, but otherwise I didn't like it at all, a lot of mosquitoes, I ended up with a lot of bites. staff is average no and they were not so friendly and for staff they are not so friendly some yes but others no

This hotel has the BEST location, it’s right between many attractions, walking distance from restaurants, Puerto Madero, Plaza de Mayo, Calle Corrientes, etc. If you’re lucking enough like me and you get a high floor the view is amazing. I can compare it to Time Square more less.

Room and shower

The only thing about the room the space is limited and the shower area is little and uncomfortable. Besides that everything was great. The location was awesome and the breakfast delicious.
