「Clean, comfortable and modern, central location with easy access to everywhere you want to go by foot or public transportation. Living area in the executive suite was smaller than expected. Check-in was not smooth; same thing people have complained about - the digital key via the app didn't work; inconvenient when you're tired after a long trip. They did respond quickly and sent someone to give us the physical keys. The digital key worked the next day.」
