It could feel a little cramped if there were more people or as a place to stay for an extended period during the day. It is a few miles from Custer State Park and Mount Rushmore, so it was in a good spot for our adventures, and easy walking distance to the downtown area. Plenty of space for people and a separate "wing" for our older parents so they didn't have to hear the louder activity when they went to bed in the evening. "We stayed at the cabin and listened to the wind in the pine trees over looking the canyon. We saw turkey, and other birds, the cabin is well equipped to just stay there and enjoy, and the views are amazing. Shout out to Nina, the Thai food is the best. "This was the perfect size for a couple of college friends catching up after many years! Easy access to Keystone, Hill City, etc. The cottage was clean and comfortable for us.
