The room had no control over the heat and was very hot at about 80 degrees. Several times when we touched light switches we were given an electrical shock. There was no mirror anywhere, no hooks for hanging towels or coats, the place was generally pretty run down. One positive is the bed was decently comfortable. Would recommend bringing shower shoes as well. Toilet was clean and shower had hot water.

Had to go back to the office to get linens that were missing from the room. Cleaning staff was there but "busy" doing something personal and would not stop to simply hand me the linens that were right there. I had to wait to about 20 minutes for the linens to be delivered and then there was no washcloth or small towel, just two large towels and the mat for the bathroom floor. Did not bother to try and get the other linen. Just made do. This facility is only good for someone who just needs a place to sleep overnight. It is obviously a hotel that the county uses to house those who are on some sort of government assistance and needs a place to stay. But, safety was never an issue. Those who were staying there, were quiet and never approached or bothered me. This is the second year I have stayed and because it does meet my minimum needs for the weekend and is very inexpensive, I would stay again a year from now.

You get what you pay for

This is a super budget motel, so I won’t say I was expecting more. Very limited room. Extremely squeaky bed, banged up furniture. Missing radiator covers and pieces of wall trimmings. No mirror in the bathroom, which I’ve never seen in my life. The entire room felt like a prison cell. Had a musty smell the entire time. Very friendly check in staff, but you can tell this place has been run into the ground. You get what you pay for.

The room had a recent renovation. New tub surround, sink, toilet, walls painted, floor tiled. But still under renovation?? No mirror in the bathroom. Room configuration too small for a closet, but no hooks or clothes rack or hangers. Had to use shower curtain rod to hang some clothes to relax wrinkles. Nice TV with Amazon Fire but had to plug the TV in to operate only to find that the none of controller buttons worked. TV on mute, so no sound and no way to change channels. Reported problem to office. Was told they would stop in but no one showed up. Pretty poor customer service and almost all of the rooms were empty, so they could have simply moved me to a room where the controller worked!

The check in lady was fantastic, after dealing with an angry client just before me. Got me checked in, then checked to see if I needed anything. The room was a bit unfinished, in terms of wallpaper/paint, the baseboard was broken, but none of that really impacted my stay.

I booked a nonsmoking room and got to the room which reeked of cigarettes. I literally gagged. The sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. The walls were dirty. Paint was peeling off the walls. The tiles on the floor were cracked. The towels in the bathroom were dirty and used. I was told they could get me a new room around 7o 8 pm which was too late as I was attending the Bills game. This looks like what I marine a halfway house to look like.
