“We were told by locals that it’s one of the safer hotels on the interstate. Very clean property room could have been just a bit cleaner. No complaints overall.”

“I booked thru Expedia and pre-paid $48 with Expedia points. I had a confirmation # a reservation and shared it with the front desk staff. He denied my confirmation # and my reservation (said it was a mix up). He proceeded to more than doubled the price. I reported this to Expedia, book a different hotel, much more expensive so I could sleep after a long travel day. Expedia asked the hotel manager to refund my $48 he declined. Im seriously considering ending my relationship with Expedia. ……

“This place is run-down, needing renovations, without any communication from staff for “out of order” ice machines, knowing this has pissed off many guests who eventually find their way to the restaurant to get ice, where the bartender is more helpful and hospitable than the hotel staff. The phone inside our “suite” didn’t work to call front desk and when we tried to call front desk on our cell phone, no one answered. Thanks for the extra obstacles and work, just to relax and watch the Spurs……

“Very filthy hotel . Piss stained old mattresses and uncomfortable. Linens were all stained. Pillows old, stained and uncomfortable. Broken light fixtures, filthy refridgerator, filthy floors, trim missing on floor. Shameful for such a well known company.”

“The elevator did not work. All ice machines were broken, no ice was available. The building was run down and NOT in the condition shown online. Even the fountain in front was dry and shut down. Due to a name change, my Expedia reservation could not be found. I had to spend almost an hour trying to get Expedia to communicate with the hotel and find my booking (even though the confirmation had both the old and new hotel name.) Ultimately, did not enjoy this stay!”

“Great hotel, and best front desk staff. Only complaint is that beds were uncomfortable.”

“The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool.”

“I was requesting a refund, the property was dirty, even pee in the shower curtain, no tv working, the room was not made, very poor”
