“We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. Only problem and my biggest issue was the beds. Extremely hard and uncomfortable. Not Queen or King bed. Only 2 single beds per room. From all my……

“Un super accueil avec Superman John qui a vraiment effectué un traitement sur mesure. C est un très bel endroit situé tout proche de la ferme Highgate où l on peut voir les autruches. Sur l hôtel, l endroit est très calme et agréable et derrière l hébergement, on peut également observer les autruches. Les restaurant propose également d excellents plats et le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent.”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Property was like an oasis surrounded by nature with a lovely pool and restaurant with sunset views. Only criticism was our room was interconnecting and you could hear every noise from next door. So when our neighbours woke at 5.45am so did we! ”

This being said, the electric blankets were a nice touch, and the overall room layout was very nice, especially the outisde shower which was quite a hit with the kid. The staff was very pleasant, the giraffes awesome to stare at, and the breakfast quite hearty, but we honestly found the nightly cost to be quite expensive for what we got.”
