「This is an oasis - the gardens are beautiful and the whole complex just has a quality feel. The reception kept in touch with me ahead of my arrival and made sure that I was looked after upon arrival. The room was very nice - big enough for what I needed - clean and well-equipped. This is a delightful place to stay with lots of nice touches to welcome you and add to your stay.」

「We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. 「Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit sauberen Pool. Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und gut sortiert. Alles war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir konnten direkt ein paar Tage vor Anreise unsere Tour mit den Erdmänchen unkompliziert buchen. Die Tour war gut und wir haben viele dieser kleinen putzigen Tierchen gesehen. Eine klare Empfehlung- das Hotel und die Tour.」

「When we arrived at our destination very tired and hungry we got told that this place was fully booked. They made a dou le booking. Then the owner Hennie made a plan for us to stay in a cottage outside of oudshoorn. We did not make any plans for food as we thaught we will load off our baggage and get something to eat. But then we had to drive outside of town with nothing. There was no Wifi and we had to drive with our car up a mountain. We were very upset about this as i had 2 small children...

「We arrived late in the evening as dinner was being served but after a slight mix up with our room we were given lovely cottage/house that was beautiful. We were only here for one night but it was so lovely. The dinner was simple but really enjoyable and all guests sat around the fire pit afterwards until late into the night telling stories about their travels. The staff here were so friendly and helpful and would recommend this place. 」
