“This Holiday Inn thought of everything that was needed in the room to make every moment a comfortable stay. Whether it was the roomy bathroom; the 'on the wall' mirror; the full-length mirror; the 'real' iron and ironing board; the cared for rug on the floor; the wonderful mattress; and the overall design of the room; everything was 'just right'. “At check-in I was given key cards that didn't work. Then I found out the room was occupied. Another employee said they make mistakes like that all the time. Was given a new room. “Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, most people don’t like it, for me I’ve grown up going to hotels that smell like it so it just brings back memories. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, few hairs on the mattresses and the pillows, some on the toilet and the towels too, were burn marks on the bathroom sink from cigarettes, had a bit of black mold on the ceiling. If you’re planning to stay here for a night it is doable but if longer than that, might be worth going to another hotel”
