"Excellent accommodation just off the main road of Pemuteran. Very short walk to beach and lots of options for eating, shopping near by. Accommodation was spotless, rooms surround pool and gardens which are very pretty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went on a snorkeling trip with their dive company and it was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely stay here again."

"With a bit of TLC this hotel could be incredible. It has so much potential. The room was clean but lots of little details needed to be attended to: dusting behind/under the bed, making sure windows latch properly, leaving had towels and face cloths without having the guest ask, scrubbing the hotel sign, straightening out sun loungers etc rather than having them in random places, turned over etc. Having a hotel information book in each room would certainly help matters. "What can I say this is my second stay here and each time the place is amazing from the villa to pool to the surrounding area just amazing and well thought out. The Euro Restaurant was ok but the Indonesian Restauant overlooking sunset was out of this world. Service was excellent. Reception was interesting asking for same docs again even though were repeat guests and have already given our documents weird. Welcome drink needs an upgrade lol"

"We were in the area for a ceremony, hence we only stayed one night. We chose the hotel due it's location mainly, and we were very pleased with our choice. It is a fantastic hotel, big gardens and a great location next to the bay. As we only stayed 1 night, we were in a Kura Kura Room No1. There was no privacy in this room as there was a footpath to sunbeds very close to the window. Other rooms and suites had more privacy. The food and service at the restaurant was good, although we found that 2 different fish dishes, the fish was average, and we have had better in the area. Other dishes, including Breakfast was very good. Poll was excellent, looking out over the bay. In the morning and early afternoon it was not very busy, plenty of shade if needed. Pool service was also good. In the late afternoon, the pool area was quite busy, and the number of sunbeds is limited. Overall we shall visit again, stay a little longer and probably stay in a Bay View Villa"

"Beautiful property! We stayed inland in the courtyard with the pool and used the safari shuttle to get around to the beach and the restaurants. Everything was always well kept, staff was super nice and food was also delicious at both restaurants! Definitely recommend! "
