It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. "The Family Room has nice windows for walls on two sides and was larger than the advertised 22 m2. It was actually 25 m2. However, it does NOT have 1 queen and 1 single bed because it can only sleep 2 people, not 3. It has 2 super single beds. The room had a kettle, but no coffee or tea as advertised.
