「Easy check in, lovely room with high ceilings. All amenities that we needed for an overnight stay. Clean and tidy but with a few aging marks (cabinets missing edging, curtains not fully hooked up the curtain rings making it hard to close curtains) Breakfast was lovely and plentiful to power us through the next day. Location was central for our needs. We parked at St Nicholas Car Park for pricing and ease (£12 for 24 hours)」

「Lovely stay. Staff go above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their time there. We were upgraded to the grace and savour rooms. Wonderful ! Very warm when it was freezing outside. Barman Ollie was incredibly friendly and informative . We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the bar! 」

「Excellent overnight stay. Very welcoming. We were able to check in early and left the car to explore the town. Room and bed were very comfortable and warm. Breakfast was great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate in staying again.」

「My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge. Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection.」

「Had a great overnight stay before meeting up with all our Family. The staff were so accommodating. They even organised a room just off the lounge so that our family could meet up for coffee and the three grandchildren could open their Xmas presents. The hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable and we even saw a woodpecker on the grounds. Thank you Ansty Hall.」

「A very comfortable and relaxed hotel. Clean, well appointed bedroom, friendly, helpful staff. pleasant, if uninspiring breakfasts, well prepared food served in the bar with chef's specials to round out the menu. Parts of the exterior of one wing in need of some cosmetic attention but the rest of the facade of this massive, rambling property not at all bad and the interiors good. Beautiful countryside surroundings as well as attractive golf course. 」

「Lovely warm welcome on arrival and departure. Spotless room and guest house in a quiet location. Good choice at breakfast with friendly service. Parking permit appreciated and parking available on the road and even found a space directly outside. Thanks also for the room upgrade.」

「We were happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and proactive with information. The room was small but clean. Very convenient location for visit the castle. There is a McDonalds right outside the door with a nice play area for kids if you are traveling with children 10 and under. The only down side was the elevator was out of order when we were there.」
