“We stayed here because we needed something pet friendly. Clean enough to sleep and not do much else. ”

“This is a new hotel that is probably trying to reach its sweet spot. It was understaffed (IMHO) and not really fully equipped. They try to tout themselves as "Green" but do not provide containers for recycling cans, glass, paper, etc. Why in the world water glasses are not provided in the rooms I simply could not comprehend. We were told to go downstairs and pick up some paper coffee cups or, if the morning breakfast site was open, we could get plastic. Really? Just how cheap can you be? ……

“Staff was wonderful while checking in, and during my 2 day visit. Wish there was a sit down area outside weather was great outside ”

“The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get.”

“Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Inly complaints were thin walls ( I could hear neighbor coughing) and a SUPER cold pool. Pool was small, but ok for our 3 grandkids to play. If there had been more people it would have been crowded.”

“There was absolutely no staff working the front desk. Check-in was via a kiosk computer screen and the person was difficult to understand; however, she was very nice. There were hairs in the shower and NO hot water when showering. The batteries for the tv remote were dead and since there wasn’t anyone working at the front desk, I had to go buy some replacement ones. Also, it was not as quiet as I would have liked it to be. Finally, believe it or not, but the housekeeping personnel the next……

“Hotel was not bad, room was clean. However, when we got to the hotel there were not lights on the outside everything was dark. And we have to wait until someone comes to open the door for us. ”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“The owner was there to greet us and was very helpful. The space was kept clean and the outdoor fire pit was very nice.”

“We stayed here for 2 weeks while working in the area. I was a bit nervous to stay somewhere with no front desk for an extended period of time but so glad we took the risk. The suites are tastefully decorated and very clean. Parking could not be more convenient and there’s lots of good local restaurants nearby. The views are fantastic no matter which suite (river view or gorgeous downtown city view.) Plenty of high-end linens were available. You’ll definitely want to bring the bed and pillows……
