Nice, clean, affordable hotel in Bulle

This is a great, clean, well priced hotel near the train, shops, and the city of Gruyeres. The staff are very kind and accommodating, even letting us check in early and providing discounts to local attractions! Would recommend!

Very nice upstairs studio. Great location near the railway station. Very friendly and helpful staff. We got the room a bit earlier than the actual check-in (by request) so we had plenty of extra time to visit Gruyéres and the Giger museum. Great stay on our interrail trip.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was very helpful and receptive to our needs and also gave us good advise on things to do nearby. The only caveat was that there’s no air conditioning and it got pretty hot and humid one night (and we couldn’t figure out how to open the window). Staff helped us next day. Would definitely come back here for the next stay.

The property was quiet and quaint. Centrally located in town and surround by boutiques and restaurants. Parking is almost non-existant. So if you get a spot at the hotel, DO NOT MOVE.

Absolutely fantastic property but it was quite noisy on the main street but it might be possible to ask for a room that doesn’t face the main street. The room was very clean and the amenities were above my expectations, there is a coffee machine and 2 capsules are included among other things (quality 10/10). It’s possible to check in late thanks to the security box outside which will release the key with a code that is received by message, brilliant for late tourists.

The attic room I stayed in was great and had an excellent view. The staff were friendly. As a solo backpacker looking to visit Gruyere with a one night stays in Bulle, the very limited check in/out times and inability to check a bag made it complicated to visit the HR Giger museum. The only window that worked involved taking the train to Gruyere in the morning to visit as soon as it opened at 10 am, then taking the train back to bulle in time for the noon checkout. it’s a short ride, and fine if you’re ready for the climb up the hill. It’s enough time to have a pretty thorough look at the museum.

The hotel is very clean and has an excellent bathroom in the room. It was confusing to locate the front desk and I had to eventually call and ask where they were. The signs were just very unclear. There was no way to request one bed so my partner and I ended up with a bed that had a large gap down the middle as I suspect this was seen as the two bed twin option? Very uncomfortable. Everyone we interacted with was polite.

We had a two night stay and found the accommodation to be very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for those wishing to use public transport to visit Gruyeres,Broc, Charmey etc. Rates were competitive in the context of Switzerland.

Very nice property in the downtown Bulle

Great hotel in the heart of Bulle. Walkable to everything--train, bus, restaurants, shopping. Room was very clean and well-appointed. Refrigerator in the room. Staff was extremely helpful with navigating the area and with recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!
