「当日はスイス鉄道のトラブルで荷物不達があり、フロントでその話をしたところ対処方法についていろいろアドバイスを頂きました。荷物は単なる遅配だったようで翌朝無事に受取が出来ました。また、シュヴァルブランのレストランを利用しましたが、担当下さったウェイターが大変温かいもてなしをして下さり、非常によい夕食を摂ることが出来ました。デザートに頂いたチーズとバーミセル（栗のクリームペーストを絞ったお菓子）が感動的に美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。」

「Todo estuvo excelente durante mi estancia, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación de trenes Bulle. El apartamento estaba super limpio, y cómodo, también tiene todos los utensilios por si deseas cocinar o calentar algo. La atención del personal fue excelente, estuvieron muy al pendiente de mi llegada. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar para hospedarse.」
