Still haven't sorted that out, but the AI team in Austria tells me it is my responsibility to……

The property, even though supposedly recently renovated, is run down and damages to walls and doors in the room are obvious and badly repaired! No clock, coffee, iron or board, 2 small soap bars, no shampoo or conditioner, the pool has water in it, but is closed and not known when or If, it will reopen, not a single ice machine on the property works!, the wifi is……

“Room was a ok. My husband said he felt like he was in prison. lol The room was roomy but it could be better. The bathroom is still the same 20 years old floor and tub/shower. The blinds barely cover the window. We used to stay there 15-20yrs ago. I don’t think we will stay there again. The front desk staff was great though.”
