"I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Lagoon Hotel. The check-in was easy. I asked for a room on a high floor and I got it. I thought the staff at the hotel was attentive. There are two downsides to the hotel. There are only two elevators for a 12-story hotel. The elevators are slow. There are no clear signs pointing to the stairs. The other thing lacking is good lighting in the rooms. The room is dim. The bathroom mirror lighting is dim and very hard to get a good shave. Yes, I would stay at this hotel again. The views from the room are worth it."

I celebrated my wife's birthday there and they were able to get me a cake within one day. The concierge was an amazing woman she made sure that everything was going as planned.
