"Good central location for exploring Valencia. The hotel is fairly modern and rooms are more functional than comfortable. We had a problem with our TV on arrival and it took a phone call followed up by having to go to reception to get the problem resolved. The pool is nice and the terrace bar was a pleasant and relaxing experience after a day of walking. The staff are mostly helpful and pleasant. If I were to grumble, the rooms are smaller than depicted on their website, the bed was hard and uncomfortable (but I guess that’s about preference) the desk chair was rickety and stained badly. TV options are minimal for an international hotel. There are some nice touches, bath robes and slippers along with bathroom amenities, the shower gel and hand soap smell lovely and a decent shower. Overall, if I was going for business for a night or two, perfect. After a long hot days of exploring, I’d prefer something a little more comfortable, but again it’s all about personal preference."
