Older hotel. No weird smells or anything to make u feel uneasy that usually accompany an older hotel. I feel it's a good value for the area! Very friendly staff and atmosphere.

The location is convenient to Dale Hollow State Park and very close to town. We stayed for five nights for a fishing trip, so we spent very little time at the motel. The property was suitable for our needs.
