“This cute little condo was just what we needed for our short stay in College Station. Easy walk from the parking lot, never too crowded, the complex was quiet and felt safe. The condo was cool and beautiful from the moment we stepped inside, has just about everything you could think of already provided, comfortable bed, great shower, kitchen has everything you need, ice machine, keurig stocked with coffee. “I stayed here with my husband and teen son over the weekend during an event at Texas A & M. The drive to A & M campus is about 10 minutes. Make sure you park on the side in the visitor parking lot spots. Luckily we were not towed, but were told by a resident that a parking pass is needed to park in front of the condo unit building otherwise you could be towed. I had no issues with check-in or check-out. I would stay here again.”

“Great place! Nice and Clean! Will definitely stay there again! We couldn’t get the TV to work and the deadbolt was not in line, so we couldn’t get it locked. ”

“The rental was as easy as we could have ever dreamed. The unit was newly remodeled so it was pristine. The location was private and quiet, very nice. The Game Day touch of three TV's made the wait for TAMU's night game fly by! We will stay here again. A coffee pot would have been the icing on the cake, but the "pod" maker was a hit. Bring your own coffee, and condiments!! Great place!! Rick & Deena”
