“There are a few stairs to climb to get to the condo so just be prepared. It's in a great location. Easy to get to bars, shopping, restaurants etc.”

“Pros: Location is very central in Boston. 10 minute away from major transit station. Host is very communicative and fast with responses. Large room and comfortable bed. Basics were provided such as shampoo conditioner body wash and paper towel and toilet paper. Maintenance people were very friendly and kind. Cons: Breaker would trip occasionally and you weren't able to run both ACs at the same time. Toilet needed to long press to flush properly. Check in information wasn't completely accurate……

“My stay was one night. I drove up last minute the night before an important meeting. In the morning the shower wouldn’t get warm and then the water pressure cut out completely. No water coming from the shower at all. The owners response was that sometimes in the morning it takes an hour to get hot water up to the 6th floor. I needed two things from this stay - a warm bed and a hot shower. I only got 1 of them.”

“The property itself is good and the management team was responsive and first class! The issue is the night club a few doors down and the noise associated with it. We were unable to sleep from 10pm to 3am due to the crowd noise, yelling and loud music and horn blasts that went on Saturday and Sunday night. Monday was the only decent night of rest we could muster. There was no police presence and hearing fights and raised voices made us feel unsafe to venture out to see what was going on. Good……

“This little studio is as advertised. It is perfectly located, has just the right amount of space for one or two people. Its clean, the internet is great, its easy to find and walking distance to everything you want to see or do in Boston. The bed is on the higher comfort level and there are a variety of pillows to choose from. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect little place. 3”

“The location of the property was just what was offered perfect for everything. The location was centrally located for everything. The elevator was not announced in the advertisement except for the day of check-in. We were told the elevator sometime worked. Sometimes doesn't that was accurate. We had 2 luggage 2. Carry on bags, 2 dogs, a carriage and had to walk 8 floors up. It should be announced in the advertisement that has a sometimes elevator it's important for someone that may have trouble……

“Room did the job, unfortunately the lights in both bedrooms did not work. Be aware images may not match the room you receive. Multiple stains on the couch, that are questionable at best. Won’t stay again, but we made it work.”

“Best thing about this property was the location. We walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was not comfortable. No place to actually relax unless you want to lie down. We didn’t really use the kitchen. We did see a mouse once. The easiest upgrade that would make such a difference would be to provide better toilet paper and paper towels. The cheapest ones force you to use so much more of it anyway. We also had bare minimum on towels and no rug in the bathroom which……
