"Lovely clean room. Fantastic service from the cleaning team and from the staff at the club lounge. Club lounge manager provided tickets for ice skating at robson square, much appreciated. Club lounge waitress Tuinquille (spelling may be wrong!) was superb ."

"From being greeted by the doorman to the smooth check in - our stay was perfect! We loved being able to check our bags so we could explore Vancouver before our hotel checkin and then check them again while we attended the Canucks game! Picking them up on our way to the hullo was seamless. All the staff we interacted with were courteous and welcoming. We usually stay closer to the arena but we will be switching to your hotel for our future downtown Vancouver stays. "
