It was an interesting stay for us. Driving Vegas to seattle and this hotel was the only one suitable for us. It was perfect. Love the dog at the reception and the receptionist was really helpful. Rooms were clean and nice for the price.

The pictures on the website looked really nice compared to the actual place, The pool wasn't up and running , went to the office to check out and there was no one to be found. When I checked in I barely understood the guy at the front desk, not sure if he was hi or what. If I ever have to stay in Burn again it will not be at the Days Inn

This was possibly the worst property we have ever stayed at - noisy, no dark out curtains, bad paint job, very uncomfortable mattress, dirty looking bedspread, scary looking blanket. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

One guy running the place, he was nice but never at the front desk. VERY dirty room and loud people who stayed. Parking lot is teeny tiny. It doesn’t look like the other hotels in this town are any better. My advice is stay in a different town. Plan to go further down the road or stay before you get to burns. Burns is a sad little town.

When I walked into the office to check in, I noticed key cards lying on the floor and all over the counter. The reception area had dirty floors and very dusty monitors. My room floor was dirty and looked like they hadn’t been mopped since the last occupied stay. Room had a stinch like someone had just cooked in the room.

Property is absolutely filthy. Every parking spot taken by construction vehicles…EVERY SPOT! Looks as if this is a crash out spot for road construction crews. Breakfast is an absolute joke. Avoid this property unless you’re desperate. Seriously, this place is a dump worth passing up.

I arrived at 1130 pm to check in and was told they had a large group checking in at 4 am. Was asked to check out of our room by 7 am so they could get the next group in. Their policy is check out by 11 am. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. No discount was offered, I was just told that if I wanted my room that I reserved 3 days before, I had to get out by 7 am that morning. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable but I would not ever stay there again. When being told another group is more important and I paid for the room until 11 but have to be out 5 hours earlier is not good customer service.

After waiting in the filthy filthy stinky lobby for thirty minutes ringing the bell we tracked down a maid to ask what was going on she said probably sleeping she rang his personal phone long haired very out of it young male came out couldn't find our reservation thru you finally gave us a room key went up the room was still dirty maids hadn't been there yet at 3:25 had enough took the key back stayed somewhere else you now have my money that must be returned since your services weren't used not ethical to keep money

The air conditioning was good and The clerk was very nice. We didn’t take a chance on the breakfast because the entire room was dirty. The floor in our room was dirty and even sort of sticky. The bathroom was clean except for the floors but there was not a plug for the sink and the water pressure in the shower was very harsh. You couldn’t put your face in it and it was not adjustable. The parking area is small and restrictive. We did not get the room we paid for but the clerk said he would adjust the price.

We booked this a king room through Expedia. There was no king available when we arrived because the AC unit was broken. Then they tried to give us a king suite but opps it was occupied. Finally we accepted a room with 2 queens. The room was stark but clean. The AC unit did not work. I walked the room card back to the office in the morning because a sign notified guests that there would be a $10 charge if the card was not returned. I skipped breakfast. The price I paid for this room was exorbitant based on what I got. Expedia should removed this hotel from its list.

Absolutley terrible place. Spiders in the bathroom, the room smelt like an old dog bed and bud not match the pictures. Gym in pictures was actually across town and not onsite. I didn’t even stay the night, I drove 3 hours to the next town and stayed there. Would love a refund if that was an option!

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The room and the property where horrible. The room was disgusting. There was hair all over the bed sheets. Blood on one of the pillows. We stripped the beds and brought bedding from our car to sleep with. The bathroom was very poorly wiped down. There was probably 5 months of pee on the toilet. Hair all over the shower. We had been traveling for 13 hours and we were exhausted. Or we would have gone somewhere else. I cleaned the shower and the toilet myself and laid the extra hand towels out on the floor like stepping stones for my kids. The curtains also did not cover the windows all the way so there was bright shining light in our room all night long! The breakfast area was from a crime seen. I doubt they ever clean the breakfast area. We did not even attempt to eat , due to fear of getting sick. My children also wanted to swim in the pool. And it had no water in it. Do not stay here!!!

We recently stayed at the Days Inn in Hines, Oregon. Overall, the stay was adequate for a night’s rest, but there were several issues that management should address. On the positive side, the bedding and linens were clean, plentiful, and comfortable. The bed provided a good night’s sleep, which is ultimately one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay. The room also included a small refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker capable of brewing about four cups at a time, which many travelers may find convenient. However, there were a number of shortcomings. The floors in our room were noticeably dirty and appeared to be in need of a thorough mopping. We also detected an odor resembling dog urine that seemed to be lingering in the room and should be addressed during future cleaning. The tile and wood-look flooring were extremely cold, making nighttime trips to the bathroom uncomfortable when barefoot. The room’s sound insulation was poor. We could easily hear conversations from guests in neighboring rooms, which made privacy and quiet somewhat challenging. The bathroom itself was very small and featured an approximately one-inch step between the wood-look flooring and the bathroom tile, creating a potential tripping hazard, especially at night. Overall I rated it about 3 out of 5 stars—acceptable for a short stay, but with several maintenance and housekeeping issues that should be addressed. It was also lowest cost rooms in town, and the only rooms available…

DO NOT STAY HERE! The place is filthy dirty and we felt unsafe. I should have turned around and immediately left after seeing a large dirty dog sprawled across the registration counter. I finished the registration for the room, passing the paperwork over the smelly dog. The man behind the counter with dirty hair wore a filthy stained sweatshirt. The room had a broken safety latch on the door. Breakfast was served in the small space next to the stinky lobby and it was obvious the counters had not been wiped down for days. The selection of breakfast items was poor. I was dumb for not immediately turning around and walking out the minute I stepped into the dismal lobby. A health department inspection, safety inspection and fire inspection is needed. Days Inn should be embarrassed to have this as one of their listed hotels.
