"Room was excellent and breakfast was perfect with good selection of food options.we had aircon issue in our room but manager sorted out immediately and we had very comfortable stay.location is nice.hotel do have taxi service which is very convenient."

The spa service is on reservation which doesn’t make sense. The massager guy is only available for limited time which doesn’t match with their time table. "

"Its a terrible insult to 4* hotels for this old smoke infested hotel to be ranked 4*. It needs a huge renovation. I thought i was gettjng a great deal wihen i saw the price and 4*. To start off its in a very busy intersection with a lot of traffic noise. It was a maze to get to front of hirel given that its literally at one corner of a 4 way highway. The room they gave us stenched of smoke. The old carpers look decades old and have soaked up years of smoke. They were kind enough to switch us...

"The hotel was opposite to the grand mosque which is of the main tourist points in Bursa. Also the bazar and market of gold were few meters away. Good service and friendly staff but old hotel "

"It was very close to the mall and resturaunt and public transportation. Very walkable distance for most necessary things. Easy for us to get vale parking which was convenient for us. Free room service as well. Only complaint is a lack of a microwave in the room. Overall, very good service and experience, thank you"

"Helpful and smiling staff, everything was "extra", not like your usual "all included" winter vacation.. Price looks OK but need to consider all "extra" costs like drinks, snacks and ski lift to be able to make healty comparison.. "
