“everything about the property was fantastic. There was a couple of things that are tired but I just put that down to wear and tear staff is amazing. The cleanliness is unbelievable. Great choice of wine and beer , fantastic location real village feeling everybody was so friendly in the area”

“Our room was beautifully thought out with lovely relaxing decor. The bathroom was roomy and shower fantastic. We loved the fact breakfast wasn't included as we could make the most of a lie in ( bed was super comfortable). There are so many options to dine out for breakfast/brunch giving you a lot more flexibility. ”

“Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I would definitely recommend Pack Horse. ”

“The pub was fantastic all the staff and locals made us feel very welcome even bringing a sausage and a bit of steak out for our dog. The food was amazing all top quality and the room was incredible, double walk in shower and stand alone bath. Just what was needed after a fab day walking Pendle top!! We will defo be back”
