"Parqueo muy comodo pero algo muy importante es que falta en el parqueo para CARROS ELECTRICOS no hay servicio sea de pago o gratis no hay carga de carros haciendo que el hotel no este aliniado con la proteccion del medio ambiente."

"es una excelente opción. Lo mejor de todo es su ubicación, ideal para moverse por la zona, y la atención del personal, que fue muy amable en todo momento. El desayuno también estuvo riquísimo y muy completo. El único defecto que encontré es que el baño no contaba con extractor ni ventilación para la evacuación de olores, lo cual resulta algo incómodo. De no ser por ese detalle, la experiencia habría sido perfecta. Aún así, lo recomiendo."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at TRYP by Wyndham Cuenca Zahir. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with espectacular panoramic view through cristal clear glass windows from the presidencial suite six floor. The bathroom was super large and beautifully decorated with brand new shower and white clean towels and bathroom amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet and dinner were delicious offering a variety of excellent food. The location was perfect, within walking distance from Centro Histórico, new and old cathedrals, parque Calderon, Ruinas de Pumapungo, Puente Roto, Barranco, Escalinatas, Río Tomebamba, Planetario, Turi and brand new Mall del Alto with outstanding panoramic view. I strongly recommend this hotel."

"Very crowded swimming pool with day pass holder. Shower in my room was inconsistent with hot and cold water. Be careful or you can get burned. The steam room did not work on Monday morning. Buffet breakfast was very good and the restauryany had beautiful views"

"Friendly staff. I had been traveling for three days with no sleep and they gave me an early check in, which was greatly appreciated. Cleaned the room daily and made my stay a pleasant one. This was the second time I have stayed at this Hotel during my Cuenca visits."
