Upon arrival we were directed to the 3rd floor to check in. Front desk staff was pleasant but nothing extra. Our room was pretty basic, appeared clean until I pulled back the covers and saw there was someone’s hair on the bed. We didn’t check in until late in the day so I was too tired to go and ask got another room. The location is what brought me here, Haeundae Beach is right across the street. Food is conveniently located around the corner with a wide variety of options to pick from. Not sure I’d stay here again but the location is great, and the roof top pool was pretty nice, overlooking the ocean. Just needs better housekeeping.

This is an excellent hotel. Friendly staff, 7-eleven and cafe on site, and a clean room. Even city views are fantastic. It is also close access to the beach and subway. If we come back, we would stay here again.

家族旅行で利用。 初めての海雲台でしたが、空港からのリムジンバスの停留所もすぐ近くで便利でした。 浴槽リクエストにも応じてくださり、シティービューを予約したにも関わらず海が臨めるお部屋で大変嬉しかったです。 部屋の清潔さや施設の充実さはさすがロッテ系列といった感じ。 フロントの方は日本語が通じなくて少し不便でしたが、それでもまた行きたいホテルです。

立地は海雲台のビーチの目の前、繁華街に行くにも便利。過ごしやすかったです。 WOWPASのチャージ機もフロントにあるしコンビニも1階にあるし全てが便利すぎました。 ホテルの清掃もきれいです。 釜山旅行、今度は海水浴シーズンに行きたい。さらに海水浴される方には使いやすいホテルだと思います
