Pretty hotel but lobby services not convenient at all. Everything opens late and not enough seating for patrons. Even though it is a beautiful property would not stay there again.

Lotte Hotel is a top notch place to stay in Central Seoul. The facilities are comfortable and modern, the rooms spacious and well appointed. The hotel is next to a serious shopping mall, has walkable restaurants nearby and has convenient transportation options nearby.

The hotel is very large. I wish the rooms were updated. You can see all of the wear. Lotte Executive Tower was much nicer in Seoul. The staff was very kind and always greeted you. The area had easy access to busses and metro. There were many restaurants close by.

We had a 37th floor room with a gorgeous view. The room was impeccably clean, very large and beds were super comfortable. Staff were polite and very helpful with enquiries. Seomyeon subway station and underground shopping mall just below. Lotte Dept Store and duty free shopping connected to the hotel. Lovely and safe walking streets with lots of local food and convenience stores. Will stay again if I return to Busan.

The location was centrally located. Shopping and restaurants were walkable distance. Staff recommended excellent food options. Liked the availability of catching a taxi in front of hotel. I used google translate to let the driver know where I wanted to go. Very tourist friendly and with the use of google translate in restaurants and attractions we experienced no difficulty getting what and to where we wanted.

The concierge, front desk and guest services are very accommodating. I called to ask about the lights and water at different times and they immediately sent staff to check the lights and to provide water. The room is very clean. Had a very relaxing stay.

The staff at Lotte Hotel Busan were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Our stay was lovely. We loved how central it was located to a lot of shops and the subway. The hotel is literally connected to the Lotte Department Store and there's a direct way through the hotel to the subway line. We highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Busan to stay at the Lotte Hotel Busan. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Busan.

Very nice hotel located in Busan. Great service from the staff and the room was great, with a good view and nice facilities. The hotel is connected to a metro station and is an easy journey from the main train station

The property has great amenities, a Lotte duty free shop in the building, and a great breakfast buffet. We also had amazing view of Busan. Really enjoyed the stay!

A bit disappointed
The room size was good but there was mould on the shower curtain & bad staining on the bench tops in the bathroom. Shower curtains seem very outdated & unhygienic. The room decor was a bit dated. There was a lot of restrictions with this hotel. They limited visits to the pool etc. to a certain number during your stay. Position with the metro was good but not a lot more in the immediate area. Breakfast was not able to be included in my hotels.com booking. I could add it at my time of check in but for a fairly expensive price. There was no iron available in the room. Our previous hotel in Seoul had an iron in the room, ice machines available on every floor & a laundry room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable although the bathroom lighting is quite dark. The pool is very nice but costs a good deal extra to use. Staff is warm and accommodating. Casino is kind of sad and boring. The neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate, close to the subway and lots of shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The location made it very walkable to all the local tourist attractions in Seomyeon, and very close to transit. Safe area, lots of energy morning and night. The women's sauna was great. It is a classic Korean jimjibang, and a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The outdoor space was nice, but due to weather, I did not use the pool. I got a club room, which came with access to the sauna and gym, but the room was also very nice and new and large. Would recommend!

I was very impressed by the way staff working here which is polite patience and professional. My passport dropped out of my shallow pocket in a taxi which I had a greeting staff called for me. When I found out that my passport had lost, I came back the hotel and a staff name Louie Kim helped me significantly. Together, we went back to room where I had stayed to see if my passport was there and also contact cleaning staffs for my passport, but it was not in the room. Finally, I showed Louie Kim the man called taxi for me and he tried to contact the taxi driver. Finally, taxi driver had my passport, and the taxi driver returned it back to me. Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it
