「Tommy was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly」

「Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Inly complaints were thin walls ( I could hear neighbor coughing) and a SUPER cold pool. Pool was small, but ok for our 3 grandkids to play. If there had been more people it would have been crowded.」

「No hot tub room not so clean. Had to clean bath tub. Day staff not so nice but yet not mean. 」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「So the property was nice but there were a few oddities when we compare to other facilities. The room door opens directly into the bedroom, so you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the rest of the rooms. Somewhere it mentioned they had dvd players in the rooms but there were none to be used (we called the main desk). Most facilities have a pizza pan, but again there were none (called again). They have on-site gas barbecues but there were no tongs in the rooms or alongside the BBQs.」

「Very peaceful and tidy place to stay 」

「All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of...

「Very nice place. Took grandkids for spring break. Didn’t know needed reservations for their restaurant. Keep that in mind. Nice clean. Needed to ask for additional blankets for sofa and bed. Would definitely return. 」
