「Had a great stay here. Will return for another booking soon!! Staff was wonderful the room I had with a view was perfect. The only complaint I have is that one of the outlets under my desk wasn’t fully placed properly. You can see the a 3 inch gap in between th drywall. Also the toilet seat wasn’t placed properly it was off centered. Trust and believe I use toilet paper to protect against any kind of germs. Besides that it was a great stay. 」

「My four-night stay at Hotel Don Ernesto La Chimba was wonderful, highlighted by the friendly staff and the absolutely excellent breakfast spread. The location is incredibly peaceful, tucked away in the jungle yet conveniently just 30 minutes from the airport. While some reviewers highlight that the rooms aren't Ritz-Carlton quality, I think it is important to note that the prices certainly reflect that, and the hotel offers tremendous value for an authentic and relaxing stay.」

「Fresh food. They microwave the Huevos Rancheros so one may ask them to avoid that if you order it. Good morning breakfast service but it would be ideal to have a Buffet where one does not have to wait and one can get whatever one wants... and not order and wait 10mins for the breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the bed was firm. Room was clean and everything was great.」
