on the whole the property was pleasant there was an issue with the cleanliness, we found dead moths in the bedroom, floor, plus we need to do a general clean as some of the areas were dirty.

When we arrived, the bedding and towels were not cleaned up and replaced from the previous guests. I had to ring around and waste time waiting for the lady to come and change the manchester. Since that wasn't done upon our arrival, I figured that the property most likely had not been cleared, so I cleaned the bathroom. Also I booked for 4 people for 4 nights and we were presented with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1of each complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The hand wash was empty in both kitchen and bathroom, so I had to go shopping first up. The house itself was nice (could use air conditioning) but the state it was in when we arrived was well below par. I doubt I'll be booking through Breezeway again.

Generously stocked pantry? Really, no salt, tiny bit of cooking oil, very little dishwasher detergent, no handwash in dispenser... etc.I suggest you don't stay in summer if you expect a cool stay... there are no air-conditioners and very limited fans. It was very, very hot when we stayed!! We couldn't open the kitchen windows at night because there are no flyscreens on kitchen windows. No window stays on other windows, so they swung closed in a breeze :-( Back door and door frame needs replacing. Paving in outdoor area very, very lumpy! Outside backlight doesn't work.DVD player doesn't work. No internet or wi-fi. Bins were still full of previous tenant rubbish. Looks like a backyard silicone repair to leaking sink issue. Other then that, the location is fantastic!

We had a lovely stay at Otters Reach, the cottage is recently renovated and tastefully so - we didn’t want to leave! 3 queen beds, but only 1 bathroom, suited us fine though for 2 nights! Kitchen is well equipped including a nespresso machine. Being welcomed with a bottle of wine was a nice touch, thank you! The garden is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the late afternoon sun. We walked to the beach and it is a beautiful stretch of beach. A little further to the jetty/cafes, but just minutes in the car!
