「Definitely worth the stay. Have no complaints about our weekend. 」

「Cabin was just as advertised. Great for 3 couples and 1 child. Each couple had their own floor so it gave us lots of space. AC worked great. Thoroughly enjoyed the quiet remoteness's of this home. The fire pit and dock are so relaxing. Don’t let the steps frighten you. It is a climb but certainly doable. I would advise arriving before dark. Navigating the last couple roadways takes some getting used to. We will certainly consider returning again!」

「We were there to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday! We enjoyed everything in the surrounding areas. We had an issue with our washer and they fixed our issue the next day! We will definitely be back! 」

「A bit dated but perfect for our outdoor activities. 30 minutes to multiple hikes. 20 minutes to gourmet restaurants. 20 to 45 minutes to shopping a the movie theater. The best of both.」

「I will start with my only negative on this home. The driveway is very small. We had our Ram truck and it fit under the covered parking area. But a bigger vehicle might not fit. That's it. Everything else was so good. The house had multiple reminder notes around it. Which I find very helpful. The kids and I loved every well placed detail. The toy closet was a huge hit. We're hoping to book this home again in the future. 」

「Went for 2 nights for my son's college orientation. House was private, clean and convenient to App. Beautiful sunrise and sunset from back deck . Hope to visit again. 」

「Even though the weather wasn’t great, the cabin was clean and cozy. Screened in porch was so nice to just sit, read and enjoy the rain. We were hoping to get to use the fire pit outside but winds prevented that. Will keep this on our list of places to stay in the future.」

「The cabin was as described, was clean and well-equipped. Only negative, and it was not the fault of the property, was that there was a lot of work being done on the river which caused it to be quite silted while we were there. We made the best of it though and enjoyed the visit. 」

「We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our tiny cabin. The hosts were nice and friendly and the place was very comfortable and exactly as described. We would definitely come back!」

「The cottage was just as the pictures, super clean and so nice! We enjoyed spending lots of time on the deck taking in the amazing view! The rain even held off so that we could make the most of our outside time. The bed was ao comfortable and we loved having all the necessities there for us. We want to come back soon!」

Decorated in a welcoming mountain style with lots of bear accents, it had everything we needed. My husband and I had a relaxing visit and plan to return. 「Our church group had a great time at the cabin. It is definitely large enough for 30 people with plenty of parking spots. Definitely recommend for those looking to go as a large group. Plus location is great as it is very close for things skiing or sledding. 」

「This was our third stay in the cabin. Our kids count down the days every year until we get to go. It’s peaceful, cozy, clean, and the perfect size for our family of 4. The hot tub off the back deck is perfect. The creek is right outside one of the bedroom windows and is so wonderful to fall asleep to. It’s so close to Boone and Blowing Rock- the perfect location!
