Everywhere was clean, we had a family room, well equipped with all needed. Could do with new pillows for bed and new towels. Struggling to get in room, rang number and was all sorted very quickly, very helpful. Would stay again!

4/10 欠佳

不滿：職員與服務
Very disappointing. Room was cold and tv not working. Left voicemail for contact twice but received no response. Had to put spare duvet on top of bed. The fact that this spare duvet was in the wardrobe perhaps indicates that the lack of heat is a continuing problem. Internet was intermittent and difficult to get. Towels very hard - suggest you take your own.

Nice big room, quiet area but only a few minutes walk from the centre of Buxton. Street parking but seemed to be no problem finding a space. Eating places including a good cafe with breakfast, and shops not far away. Had a problem getting in. The * after the code number was not very obvious on the email. Tried to ring the mobile that was given but no reply. Eventually we realised about the entry code. We only saw the lady cleaner,no-one else. She was very pleasant and makes a good job of the cleaning. Bed was comfortable , if very high!! Good shower.

We had difficulty getting into the building because we didn't recognise the * on the code. We hadn't been given a room number. When I phoned the person said they were fed up with this happening. He did ring back with this. Room was fine. Toilet area very very small would not suit a larger person
