2nd Time Staying
Highly enjoyed our 2nd summer at the quaint home on the canal. The easy access to the canal for walking, biking, boat watching and fishing is amazing! When it gets a bit too hot, a dip in the pool is refreshing. everything is well maintained. The yard is very large and has a beautiful shade tree to get out of the direct sun when needed! Hope to come back again next year as well.

This property is beautiful, well maintained, rustic. Everything was very clean and the house, yard and pool are well stocked with everything you could possibly need! I loved that a whole set of towels, including a pool towel were left on each bed. The beds are comfortable and the full house a/c was wonderful since we were there for three of the hottest days of July. Waiting to see what boats, ships and trains would come by was a fun past time. A train came by 2-3 times a day, including the Cape Cod dinner train, the Cape Flyer and the trash train. The yard offers several outdoor seating options including a lovely shady area under a big tree. This house is located in a quaint neighborhood and offers so much to do from napping in the hammock, to walking/biking the canal.

Awful house
Very old and dated!!! It also was not the cleanest place. When we got there on Saturday the pool was dirty and we called but they said no could come till Wednesday. The pool vinyl was coming undone and railing were coming off I will never rent here again and also with turnkey properties

Great house!
We stayed at this house for a work trip and it fit our needs perfectly. 5 adults and plenty of room. Loved grilling and eating outside at night and it was an easy drive to the job site. Great place!

Overall, me and my family had a great experience with this rental. The location and the view is just amazing, which made up for minor issues encountered, such as the second toilet not being functional (there was a sticky note on top of it saying not to use it) and wifi issues we initially encountered but was able to figure it out (apparently the power cable to the modem was removed and placed in a drawer below the TV. Once we plugged it in, then the wifi worked). Other than that, it was totally worth it and we would definitely recommend and rent again!

Great get away.
I rented this property, even though I live locally for a close quick get away. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The children, 3 of them under 7 years old, loved the pool, bike path and watching the train go by. It definitely marked off everything we wanted. The only down side was on one queen bed, would of preferred less twin beds.
