"Clean room, bed was comfy for my back pain and we had enough amenities. I was greatful they had dishes and a dishwasher. I was a lil disappointed in the trash that was all over the property outside where my dog walked. Their was a lot of shattered glass and a cactus. So keep an eye out. The jaccuzi was nice but when I went up stairs my whole body was itchy like the jacuzzi needed a deep cleaning. The breakfast today being that it was Labor Day was limited to just sausage, oatmeal and bagels. I wish they had eggs and waffles. Over all tho I liked my privacy and the clean room. The best thing for me was the comfort of the bed. I wish they had better bedsheets as they do look worn out. Patches of open space without cotton on the comforter.sorry I just want to be honest. Overall I enjoyed that my family had there own one bedroom apartment."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of friends. The area was quiet and close to the airport. The host responded immediately when we had a brief issue with power in the basement bedroom and took care of the issue right away. The check in and check out process was easy. We would stay again !"

"All in all, this property was decent. Upon our arrival, it was not very clean. The floors had debris and hair all over and the kitchen had sticky countertops. Aside from this, it was okay. You can tell the owner is in the process of renovating it, and I would agree with past reviews that the A/C is not great in the upstairs. It was so hot on our first night that two of our kids retreated to the basement rooms. The host communicated very promptly and checkin was very easy. The kitchen was also pretty well stocked for cooking. Despite the issues with cleanliness, we would likely book this house again."

"Accommodations were clean and well kept. The carpeting had small, mostly dirt stains mainly because carpeting is very light beige. Communication was okay mainly because I sent an e-mail the first day which went unanswered but followed up the next da with a text which was answered the next morning the all communication was fast and helpful. The only complaint was no hair dryer or an iron and ironing board which is not a deal killer but would be very helpful. The unit is conveniently located near E-470 just south of Denver International Airport. I would be happy using this property again and would recommend it."

"Everything with our stay was wonderful. It was exactly as described. It was clean and we felt very comfortable and at home there. The beds were super comfy, slept great! The ease of the check-in/out process was very easy. Roy was welcoming and available to answer any questions I have. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Very beautiful spacious property. The location is great, beds comfortable. We also enjoyed working the 1000 piece puzzle. It is on the second level so requires walking up lots of stairs which was a little bit of a challenge for my 84 year old Mom. It also has a 2 car garage which would have been nice had there been an opener(the previous people took it home with them and the replacement wasn’t there yet)"
