"the hot tub is my reason for staying here. I enjoyed it thoroughly. wish breakfast was included but restaurants nearby."

"The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the staff also nice. However, while booking, I specifically alerted them to my husband's need for a shower chair. They told me to let them know upon check in. When we checked in, I was told that the housekeeping staff had gone home and the desk staff had no idea where a shower chair would be kept. I was told to ask in the morning. In the morning, I was told that there were NO shower chairs on the property and the accessible room was not available. The hotel IS refunding me for ONE of the two nights we stayed, but I find it reprehensible that such a hotel owned/run by such a large chain doesn't have a few shower chairs on EVERY one of their properties. "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The home had every single amenity we could possibly need and more. It was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home.Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time to the fullest without needing anything extra. The space was welcoming, well-stocked, and perfect for our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 across the board we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering booking!"

"The room was clean and the restaurants were great, the pool on the other hand was a little outdated and very loud with children playing and going in and out of the hottub. I feel if they are going to have the prices of a high end spa there should be a separate area for children and other hotel guests. It completely ruined my zen with the spa. "

"Due to multiple unresolved issues, I ultimately chose to check out early and move to a different hotel. During my stay, the phone in my room was not functioning properly. Although maintenance attempted to repair it, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, the water service was unavailable for more than five hours on two consecutive days without any prior notice or communication. Overall, communication throughout these situations was poor, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously or addressed with urgency. These experiences significantly impacted my comfort and confidence in the quality of the stay making me check out and going to another hotel for my last days."
