10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay at Kate's place! The house is in a great neighboorhood with access to Chataqua Park (a quieter part) trails 2 blocks away and a quick drive to supermarkets and most places in Boulder, including the University. The house is clean and comfortable with 2 cozy sitting rooms and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable and there are thoughtful items like multiple connection chargers at each bedside table, 2 cozy robes, puzzles and games, and an umbrella. If you are traveling with children, there is a supply of child's dishes and cutlery, games, books, and bedding. We had a few warm sunny days which enabled us to enjoy sitting in the yard, with a great view of the Flatirons. I stayed with my adult daughter, who has foot surgery during our stay. The single level house was perfect for someone to navigate on crutches or a scooter. Kate was easy to reach for any questions and assistance.I would definitely stay again."
