「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「Check in was easy, Cindy, our hostess was super warm and very informative. The front receptionists were also friendly and helpful. Kitchen had most, if not all the amenities you could need to make great meals. The place Was super cozy, plenty of space for our family of 6. We were all very comfortable…the home was equipped with all the basics to make our stay super chill, hassle free and fun! Not to mention the pools were a major plus! Stores were a short 5 min drive, as well as the restaurants....
