Enjoy your week long Thanksgiving celebration in a large three-bedroom, two story, ocean view villa in beautiful Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests, 8 privately, and 2 in a second living room. The main level is entered through an enclosed courtyard, into a cozy living room with a fireplace and wall of windows to the ocean view. The dining area and full kitchen are on this level as well. The kitchen has all major appliances including full-size refrigerator, stovetop and oven, microwave and dishwasher (no garbage disposal). There are small appliances including coffee maker and blender; along with place settings and silverware for 10, serving pieces and grilling tools. The master suite is located here, with large sliding door open to the balcony with hot tub. The master bath has a double vanity, whirlpool tub and walk-in shower and leads into large walk-in closet. Linens, towels and toiletries are provided. The balcony spans the entire back of the villa over-looking the patio and private infinity pool below and the ocean beyond to the horizon. The balcony holds the hot tub, a seating area, a round dining table and gas grill. There are stairs to the lower level, both inside and outside. The lower level has the other two bedrooms, each with their own bath. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board. There are multiple lounge chairs and tables around the patio, along with a private infinity pool. There is a bathroom pool side for convenience. Large beach/pool towels are provided. Other amenities include air conditioning, internet access, telephones and multiple televisions.
Montecristo Estates is a gated beach and golf community offering on-site shopping, fantastic dining, challenging golf and recreational opportunities, all within a private, gated community carved into the mountainside. Montecristo Estates is part of the Pueblo Bonito resorts group , so while staying there, the nearby Sunset Beach and Rose pools, restaurants and other facilities are available. Since the ocean currents are strong at Montecristo and Sunset Beach, the beach at Rose is a free shuttle ride away.
Quivira Golf Club is adjacent to the Montecristo Estates and available for dynamic golfing experiences. Built by Jack Nicklaus, the course is challenging but fun, with a good mix of hole lengths and designs. Reviewers consistently rave about the breathtaking ocean views and the all-inclusive comfort stations. Green fees are not included.
