Beautiful property and view

The condo and the view are absolutely beautiful. Property managers are available and responsive. We found that we absolutely needed a car to get around up and down the hills. Thank you Ang and Sylvia.

Pros Excellent host and great location and views. Condo itself is well maintained and clean. Has everything you need Cons Gym is dirty and equipment is beat up and old. Pool was dirty and clearly maintaining gym and pool ranks low on the hoa list of priorities.

Peaceful Time in Paradise

We vacationed in Cabo San Lucas for the first time to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. It was the most peaceful and relaxing experience. The condo amenities were more than we expected, as things turned out to be so much better than the pictures. The quiet, remote location of the condo community was perfect for us. A hardy walk to most conveniences and a short Uber ride to major attractions. The views from the balcony are simply breathtaking, as we spent a large amount of our condo time in “outdoor living” mode. The condo decor and furnishings were exquisite, which made us feel “royal” during our three-month stay. Our host, Angie was very courteous and responsive. The friendly on-site staff did a top-notch job of keeping the buildings and the beautiful grounds very clean and presentable. The property was very safe and secure, with a nice mix of friendly, all-aged people. The best surprise however, was the incredibly amazing weather in Cabo. We plan to return again next winter to this “perfect piece of paradise”.

AMAZING VIEW AND WONDERFUL WIDE BALCONY

The property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the baths adequate. The smaller bedroom had a lot of light coming in because of the lighting on the exterior. We had to place a blanket over it at night. The blind on this window should be replaced or perhaps add a secondary pull shade behind it. Supplies were plentiful, we didn't have to purchase any. There is no place to put your feet when watching television. The living area is beautiful; but not comfortable for any length of time. My recommendation would be to change the coffee table for a large ottoman. And change the two slipper chairs with comfortable arm charges. The water heater is very small; while 4 of us were in the condo we had to stagger showers. There was a new roof being installed for 2 days which created a lot of noise. Workers were taking down common area light fixtures and sanding and repainting them and the sanding and painting was done by hand outside of their maintenance area in the open air not too far from our balcony. This noise was continual during most of our two week stay. Dogs barked a lot. Maintenance is understandable, so that alone would not preclude me from recommending the condo. The pools were not very busy. That area was pleasant when we went to them. The hot tub space was being filled with sand while we were there. The work out facility is a little tired. It could use some TLC. Management at Ronival was very responsive. One big disappointment was that we were unable to watch the Superbowl because the internet service at HULU went out after the pregame activities. The property is very close to Costco and Walmart. And Plaza Novva is a center with some great restaurants about a mile away from this property. Try Trattoria Da Pietro, Steakhouse Trattoria and the Cabo Grill. If you are a walker, they are close enough to walk. We went to Trattoria twice in two weeks, muy rico. We used a driver while we visited. And that worked out well. It likely cost less than car rental and the driver always new where he was going.... Cabo is great....
