"this property was absolutely beautiful and everything we needed was right there! there is a beautiful view of the ocean. only complaint is trying to figure out ubers and taxis.. the security makes it a little difficult and there was construction going on in the roads so we had to walk to the gate to get to the ubers. it is cobblestone road and has steep hills."

"Very clean and a great place to stay at! The property is on a steep hill so we enjoyed it because it gave us a little workout every day 😅 The staff are very friendly and helpful! All the furniture is outdated but everything worked. The kitchen is well equipped, we stayed in room 3 with direct access to the pool and jacuzzi, and a pretty nice view. Unfortunately there is no soundproofing and you can hear everything! 2 out of the 6 nights we stayed here, and the very early morning (4am) of the day we checked out, we could not sleep because of the very loud squeaking noises, wall banging and other sounds that where coming from room 6 (right above us)! Mentioning that some of the other rooms on those specific nights were vacant, and it seemed an isolated case that room number 6 entertained loud activities at a property advertised as quiet and appropriate for families, with quiet hours, further away from the night life of Los Cabos. This was unfortunate since not self inflicted lack of sleep (like going out and partying and missing hours of sleep) put us off track for next days’ activities."

"Our recent stay at Casa Acantilado in Pedregal was absolutely incredible. The home is stunning, beautifully maintained, and the views overlooking Cabo were breathtaking. Every detail made our stay feel luxurious, comfortable, and relaxing. The location was perfect, offering privacy while still being close to everything in Cabo San Lucas. We created wonderful memories with family and friends and truly did not want to leave. Highly recommend Casa Acantilado for anyone looking for a special Cabo getaway! Alex the property manager was excellent and responsive. He set us up with reliable transportation for our group of 10, helped us book stylists on short notice and with any short notice requests we had . Luis our butler was attentive and proactive. Our cleaning assistant was helpful and did a great job. The amenities in the house all worked and the house was spotless. Loved the air conditioned gym. Lots of equipment to get your workout in. We will be booking this home again!!!"

"The villa was perfect for our family of 11. It was clean and well maintained. Communication with Luis, our concierge was perfect. The cleaning staff were excellent. It is a beautiful site and a steep but lovely walk to the marina and downtown area. We were very happy there for a week. Amazing views, beautiful pool, patio and hot tub."

"The Villa was the top highlight of the recent bachelor party we hosted in Cabo. It is exactly as pictured and met all of our needs for a group of adults looking for a clean, spacious, comfortable, and entertaining place to stay. What helped make it perfect was the duo of the house butler, Alfred, and the housekeeper and breakfast cook, Araceli, who were so kind and amazing at what they do. Alfred was a jack of all trades with snacks, fancy drinks, and just about any knowledge we threw at him to make the trip better. Araceli made the perfect breakfast every morning. Our concierge, Paola, was someone I kept in touch with since booking to help our group with recommendations and all sorts of reservations. I came at her with a bunch of questions that she promptly responded to, and she was overall a joy to converse with all the way until we met at the villa!I hope to return to Cabo and would definitely recommend Villa Maravilla for your group."
