The property was more than what I was expecting. The pool was wonderful and the upgrade was a nice touch. Only negative was the lack of wifi and it was only fixed on my second to last day. Otherwise I will be staying again.

Paula at reception was wonderful. So kind and helpful. The view of Cabo San Lucas was stunning. A 15 minute walk to the marina. Great value.

The staff at the property were amazing and very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving, we did not have the room that we asked for they did give us an upgrade at a fair cost. It wouldā€™ve been nice for the property to have some sort of store and the ad shows a bar and restaurant which was not on the property anymore. It also wouldā€™ve been nice to have our room refreshed at least once on our stay but all in all, we very much enjoyed our time and would return it just would be nice for some more amenities to be there. The next time we come.

Good Value for Price

Office/Entrance was closed upon our Arrival. Security contacted Receptionist, Paula, who was very helpful! Escorted us to room to ensure location. I had issue with wifi, corrected in person by Paula the following Morning. šŸ‘ Also, my shower hot water was only Luke warm. Mx corrected, but returned to lukewarm within a minute later. Finally, Netflix was only option; No Live TV.

It was well inside of tourist spots and need a rental car to get around. Youll have some trouble with language but google translate helps with locals. Oxxo convinient store is nearby for Water and other munchies. I parked in the street as the dirt parking is in front of property is in a incline and can make you think twice parking there.

Has good potential!

Chose this hotel as it was pet friendly, offered free parking and was in an area that was close to where I needed to be. The concept is great, with a mix of owner, not necessarily occupied, condos and hotel style suites. The suite itself was very comfortable and the pool areas fab. The only down side is that the "free parking" is on an unpaved road with a 9Ā° grade and no railing along the steep stairs to the reception area. It's an accident waiting to happen. The other safety issue is that all of the water closets in the rooms (toilets) have a window that opens out into the hallway. If anyone is over 5'10", you might find yourself taking an eye out or two. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, but don't think about coming after 5pm as you will then have to wait for someone to check you in.

When I got to the hotel the office was closed . Security was there told me to wait for someone . I waited for an hour to get into my room . When I got in it finally the pillows smelt like they wernt washed the bed had hairs on it all over it was so dirty I didnā€™t even have blinds on in my room to cover the light that was shining from outside into my room . The place was so dirty and small . It was a horrible experience!! There was no one in the front when I wanted to check out so left the room key in the room . The place was in the ghetto where I had to carry all my luggage up multiple flights of stairs and there was no directory on how to exit the building . It took me 30 min to walk with my luggage on multiple levels to figure out how to get back out . Horrible experience
