40th birthday w couples
40th birthday party for my boyfriend with all of our closest friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very open and spacious for everyone. The indoor outdoor living was perfect for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!!

Beautiful home but issues with plumbing
The house was beautiful! There was plenty of space for everyone!! The location couldn't have been better either! The only down side was multiple plumbing issues. Our garbage disposal backed up and quit working the first day. The house manager was always prompt to reply, send someone over to fix it, but throughout my trip, I spent a lot of time on phone with her because of house issues. Two days later we didn't have running water in the house. The property manager did bring over water so we could flush the toilets that evening and overnight, but that was a real drawback as we had been swimming in the ocean that day and couldn't shower until mid afternoon the next day. VRBO host was excellent and promptly replied to us through the planning of the trip. I hope they have fixed the plumbing issues for further hosts because this property is truly spectacular!

Family Fun & Relaxation!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Pedegral property. It was close to all the activities we wanted to participate in and an easy walk to delicious bakeries and coffee. The house was spacious and easy care for a large group with a variety of ages - the pool was used ALOT! It offered us all a wonderful Mexico experience!

The perfect Cabo get-away
This house was incredible. The infinity pool had a gorgeous view of the town and ocean, the living area was so spacious, all of the rooms had their own bathroom, it easily fit our group of 12 and we could have had more! The downstairs outdoor garden area was very tranquil because you can hear the sound of the water falling from the pool and it was the perfect spot for a private yoga class and massages! The swim up bar at the pool was so fun and the kitchen had everything we needed! The concierge and host were so helpful in setting up groceries, private chef, transportation and spa services for us. Our group cannot wait to return in the future!

Great location
The property is really nice and it has an unbeatable location, close to the Marina and shops. Some of the rooms need a bit of improvement, but overall it was really good. The property manager/concierge was unresponsive, even before arriving in Cabo. Another manager checked us in but she was not 100% sure about amenities and property details. On site we got help from Carlos (the property’s handy man) who is amazing and always happy to help. The last 2 days (new year's eve) the neighbors were very noisy, loud music until 3-4 am; hopefully they were renters like us and wont live there permanently

Villa Kanga is a beautiful and clean home, with a great floor plan for large groups.
The photos do not do the home justice. Each room has its own bathroom, including a half-bath on the main level. There are three bedrooms downstairs that open onto a beautiful private garden. The master bedroom on the main level has a beautiful large master bathroom and private patio. The master bedroom on the third level was my favorite, where my husband and I slept. This bedroom has a private patio, a large master bathroom and an adjacent living room that was perfect for down time. The rooftop firepit/couch was occupied by us each night for stargazing, watching the cruise ships in the harbor and group shenanigans. The home is perfectly located in the gated community of Pedregal, close enough to walk to/ from the marina. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The main level of the home is awesome from groups. The pool was perfectly heated. There is indoor and outdoor dining, with enough space at either table for 12. The home is the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed at. There are several washers and dryers which we use daily. There is a deep freezer for bags of ice and the marlins we caught while fishing. We had a few small issues; however, the concierge was very communicative and fixed everything that came up instantly. We experienced the best service. Communication was outstanding. This was the perfect spot for our group to spread out and relax. From the moment we booked this place to after we left, they went above and beyond!

Beautiful property
Our group of 13 fit perfectly in Villa Kanga. We all had such a wonderful time, and our concierge Mary was super easy to get in contact with when we needed. The house and all outdoor areas are stunning, and even bigger looking than in photos. Sun all day out on the pool deck, with a nice breeze that comes through the outdoor dining area. And a lovely beach just a walk away. We did have a couple issues come up, occasionally the toilets could be a bit finicky to start, and the water throughout the house would shut off in the middle of the night for a while. There was also only one set of keys for our whole group which could be a bit tricky when we wanted to split up in the day. However, we still absolutely recommend staying here, it’s incredible!

Beautiful Villa for Girls Weekend
The house is beautiful, clean and can fit so many people. We had a few issues - a door that led outside wouldn't close so someone had to fix it and we weren't left enough trash bags so we had trash sitting on the counter for 4 hours. However, the concierge was very communicative and fixed anything that came up. Overall, I would stay here again. It's close to everything.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, you forget that it’s just a few min walk to the marina
Gated neighborhood close to the downtown marina. Check in was easy and service was great, from housecleaners to maintenance. Communication with Noelsky and Ben, and staff was super easy/fast whenever we had an issue or question. Great house for a family vacation, kitchen was lovely to cook in.

Beautiful Property; Great Location
Villa Kanga is the perfect destination for your Cabo vacation. The house is beautiful -- even prettier than the pictures! The property concierge, Maricela, was very helpful getting us stocked for the weekend and giving us recommendations for fun spots to visit around town. You can take a 15 minute walk into the heart of the city or enjoy the property. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Amazing and beautiful house
This house and pool is absolutely beautiful. It is a 3 story home with 6 bedrooms. Rooms on every level along with restrooms. The town and marina is walking distance. If it is too much hills and steps for you, Uber is available and easy to use too. We enjoyed the walking. It was a perfect vacation home for my family and friends to enjoy, relax and we had so much fun in the pool and used it everyday. Maria, our property manager, was easy to contact and very friendly and extremely helpful. The air conditioner didn’t work on the 3rd floor but it was not a problem. The bedroom and upstairs living room had ceiling fans. Thank you so much for making our Cabo trip a great trip.

Thank You for a wonderful stay at your home! We had an incredible time and loved the property and location !! The house pool absolutely beautiful! Mary your property manager was nothing less than amazing from helping us set up photographers for a surprise engagement to ordering cakes, flowers and balloons for our daughters 30th Birthday . Her attention to detail and being so prompt was greatly appreciated. The only reason I gave a 4 on one of the ratings was because it was strange not having the freezer in the kitchen as we had the crib set up in that room so we couldn’t go back and forth for ice etc .. and at night in some of the bedrooms it is very loud from the music I assume in the marina at the bars or maybe house parties but other than that which is out of your control our stay was delightful and we treated your home like our own and I hope that showed as I made sure to tidy up . There were a couple small items when we arrived but your property manager was quick to address all of our questions or minor issues . Thanks again and we would love to return !

Great villa in a great location
We had a fantastic time staying here. Check in was easy, and our host was responsive and friendly. The villa itself was massive and easily fit all 6 of us. The pool and space were also very clean. The location is pretty ideal since bars and restaurants were in walking distance. I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to be in a nice house and close to all the action Cabo has to offer.

Everything was perfect! The location of the property was a short walk from all of the restaurants and attractions. Our concierge Mary was VERY attentive and responsive. She arranged everything we needed, including on-site Covid testing. We’ll definitely be visiting again in a few months!

perfect post wedding vacation
8 of us stayed here after my daughters wedding. the house was perfect. We especially enjoyed the pool and sitting by the fire pit enjoying the view. A quick call to the gate and a taxi came to take us any where we wanted to go. But we could also walk to the marina and many restaurants. The concierge was very helpful with anything we needed and even helped us get a chef one night. The food and service were amazing and it was one of the best nights of the trip!!

Hi there, Sheri. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Villa Kanga. Regarding beaches within walking distance, note that the Empacadora beach is just a 10 minute walk. The water there is very calm, as it is tucked away in the corner of Cabo San Lucas Bay. Very popular with locals, which give it a very authentic flavor. Your other beach option by foot is the Pedregal Beach, which is a 15 minute walk inside the Pedregal community. Although not a swimming beach, the sunsets are SPECTACULAR. It's also a great place to simply relax while listing to the serenity of the big waves crashing. Plus you get the outdoor showers and bathrooms available exclusive to Pedregal residents and our guests.

The property was amazing. A few things were missing/not working when we arrived, but staff addressed it. Not the best property to spend the evenings with friends outside as the neighborhood security will request you to go inside. Good location to get into town though.

So sorry to get 3 stars from you. We strive to do the best we can to make all our guests happy. Quite time is after 10 pm. On occasion if there is loud music the security will ask that it be turned down, but there is no issue if you are simply conversing with friends and listening to music at a low volume.

I just wanted to give you some feedback on your rental. The place was very nice and enjoyable. The only two issues were there was no hot water the duration of the stay in the showers. Only hot water was from the kitchen sink. One of the maintenance workers that came while we were out went through one of the young ladies things and took ten dollars. This information was also relayed to Cabo Elite Services. Also upon arrival there were no towels but that was quickly taken care of. But no resolution on hot water the duration of the stay.

We stayed here with a group of friends and had the best time. The large living room, opens up to the pool and outdoor dining and it is the perfect space to enjoy with friends. Beautiful property, even better staff!
We had an amazing time, the property was beautiful and exactly what was pictured. I celebrated my 40th with a few close friends and family. Because of Covid I wanted to stay close to the house a lot of the time, so Flor and her team , WOW! They were amazing. They setup the private chef, massages , covid test for departure , groceries, EVERYTHING! They were so friendly and answered everything in a timely manner. The pool was beautiful , a bit cold but it was the time of year. I am sure in the hotter months it is perfect. All the outdoor spaces are amazing. We did yoga on the green space and it was perfect. Sound system , was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Spot But A Couple Issues
This house is amazing! It's gorgeous with a great view and you can walk to down town in just a few minutes. The rooms are nice and spacious. The rooftop area is awesome and has very pretty views of the city lights at night. The kitchen and living room area are nice and open and great for hanging out. The outdoor area was also awesome and open. The staff are very attentive and responded to texts quickly. Unfortunately the pool was not clean. The water was cloudy and there was debris floating all over. There was not enough water in the pool so that the infinity edge could circulate the water, which is why I think it was so dirty. And the water temp was very hot, also probably due to the lack of circulation. We called about it but nothing was done to fix it. The weather was extremely hot 90-95 degrees, so not having a great pool experience was a big disappointment. Also, I requested massages at the house, but there must have been a miscommunication because no one ever came.

We had such an amazing time with friends and family. The house was amazing and we definitely already talked about returning to visit even while we were still there. Our group of 11 family members thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Casa Kanga. The house and outdoor area are set up perfectly for outdoor/indoor living. The walk to the Marina is two minutes (once you find the short-cut.) Flor and her team were great to work with prior to arriving and during our stay. We will definitely return!!

Simple from start to finish. Dealing personally with the owner in the beginning to Flor's attention to detail helping us with everything from airport shuttle to groceries to dinner reservations was so simple and appreciated. The homes location was perfect for walks to the marina as well as shopping district. Would also certainly recommend the in home chef dinner. Words can’t describe how amazing this trip was for us! We visited Cabo for my husbands 50th birthday! There was four couples total. Villa Kanga was beyond beautiful and clean! The staff with Cabo Elite Services was impeccable! Anything we needed they were always willing to help! Every room in the house was great! The beds were clean and very comfortable! The location to the marina and the restaurants was really close enough to walk if you chose to. We chose to have a chef to prepare one dinner meal for 8...Every bite was incredible! This is THE place to book if you are looking!

Checkin in was great, they held our bags in the garage till we could actually occupy the house. It was stocked when we got there. Welcome quesadillas and margaritas were wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. Couple of minor issues were fixed right away, nothing that stopped us from enjoying the house and our vacation. Great home in a great location. We enjoyed all the outdoor space and loved the sizable pool. Everything was clean and the bedrooms were great.
