Located on the second floor of the A building this condo has 2 elevators for access or you can easily just walk up one flight of stairs. The spacious master bedroom has a large window that opens to the outside terrace and features a King size bed and a large private bathroom featuring marble counter tops and double sinks and the shower is all in marble. The second bedroom has direct access to the outside terrace and features a King size bed and an adjoining bathroom that also has marble counter tops and shower is in marble. Both bedrooms have A/C, ceiling fans and big closets, Master bedroom has a hotel safe.

The spacious living room has comfortable furnishings and pocket doors that open to the terrace and bring the outside living atmosphere inside. Living room also features a 60-inch big screen smart TV with 400 channels to choose from as well as a blue tooth player and there is high speed fiber optics wireless internet available thru the whole condo.

The full-size Modern Kitchen features granite counter tops, high end appliances and a dining table for 6 guests as well as everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. There is also a work station in the Kitchen if you need space to work from with your Lap Top

The 60-foot-long private terrace is the best part of the condo and gets morning sunshine to start the day. Terrace has seating for 6 guests in the outside table as well as a small bar area and some high back swivel bar stools to enjoy the beautiful view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard area. The huge terrace also has a beautiful built in BBQ with side burner so you can grill whatever you like while on vacation in paradise.
