I stayed with my family of 3 for 5 days and 4 nights. Beautiful scenery, however, me and my 4 year old daughter came home with lice. Hotel room had a nice view but the room its self could have been cleaner.

Pueblo Bonito as a whole is fantastic. The resort is perfect for small families such as ours, and the ability to walk across to the sister resort and take a quick shuttle to a third are huge upsides. What makes Rose and Blanco special is the service. Every single person we interacted with went out of their way to make our vacation memorable. Claudia, Laura, Ceci, Adal, Hector, and Evaristo deserve special mentions for how awesome they were. Food was outstanding all three meals a day. Any issues you see posted about food service, to be honest and with respect they probably didn’t understand how it worked. There were always options available, whether sit down or buffet, and if you call with some time you can get reservations at the ones that required it. Beach location is fantastic. Waves are a little stronger in Cabo but still had the ability to use the beach daily. The swimming pool was super clean and enjoyable. All in all we had an incredible time. We try to take a summer trip once a year and Pueblo Bonito will be on the list of places we consider returning to. I posted this review on my google account, I would add a couple of things here. I did see a couple of people complaining time to time, but I would just offer a pro tip: if you are traveling to Mexico, it goes a long way if you try to at least speak a little Spanish or at the very least act pleasant with many of the wonderful staff you interact with.

We stayed at Pueblo Bonito Rose. Resort was nice, beach was great. I love that you can use all the amenities at all 4 resorts. Sunset resort was beautiful. Food options were anwesome and food was delicious and presentation was great. Each restaurant had a big menu of options to choose from. Only downfall was the wait for drinks and food at restaurants and by the pool. Waited at least an hr after placing an order. Other than that, we had a great time!

This resort needs a serious update. The rooms smell horribly of mildew, the staff isn’t as kind as they use to be. After being stuck there in the 2014 level 5 Hurricane Odile, they have done nothing to update it. There was severe damage and they have just patched it and made it look the same. I’ve been coming to this hotel for years- after a 10 year break due to the trauma of the hurricane, it was slightly disappointing to come back to. The beach and location is the only reason to return to this resort.

Overall it was a fantastic trip. The location is amazing right on a fantastic beach. Loved how you have access to all three hotels. Also the service and the food exceeded expectations for me. I was really happy. The only negative is the hotel is a little dated but saying that it won’t stop me from coming again, thank you very much for an awesome holiday.

The food from Paloma’s and The Mare was good. When we arrived to Rose we had to be transferred because the overbooked the hotel. When we arrived back we were told check in was going to be available around 1 or 2pm and then they told us the room would be ready at 4pm. We had to ask for another room because that was unacceptable. Room service took about an hour for coffee. Thank you.

We arrived at 12:30 pm and the resort informed us there was no room available for us due to the resort overbooking. We were like “ what do you mean - we have a reservation!” We were then basically forced to take a taxi out of downtown Cabo.. a 25 minute drive to a very remote sister property. Upon arrival, we weren’t really greeted, instead just stood in line for about 25 minutes and were then told we would have a 2.5 hour wait until a room would be available for us to check in. This wasn’t a good start- very disappointing. We’ll eventually have to taxi back to Pueblo Bonito Rose to get picked up by our previously scheduled private transportation. We really had our hearts set on staying at Pueblo Bonito Rose - hoping to find our new go to Cabo resort. But they flat out refused to accommodate us.. so extremely disappointing.

What an amazing vacation at the Rose. The food was great. The best location in Cabo with walkability to the marina and downtown. The food was excellent and the Latin and Mexican Fiesta shows were wonderful. We spend a ton of time in the lovely pool and beach. We will definitely be back.

The pools were great for relaxing and swimming, and the beach was excellent as well—especially with the provided beach chairs, which made hanging out even more enjoyable. That said, the hotel itself is pretty old. The buildings and rooms are definitely showing their age, and our room had a noticeable smell of humidity and mold, which made it feel musty and uncomfortable. Service was another downside. Don’t expect consistent drink service—if you’re in the pool for five hours, you might only get two or three drinks total. The staff takes a long time, and going to the bar yourself means waiting in long lines, sometimes up to 20 minutes. Room service is also extremely slow!!! expect to wait an hour or more, so only order if you’re not in a hurry. Unfortunately, the staff weren’t very friendly. Many acted like they owned the place, which made the overall experience feel unwelcoming.
