Summary:

Relax into the “pura vida” mindset the second you walk into this bright,airy, and remodeled ocean view townhome located just steps away from the renowned Flamingo Beach with its fun waves, crystal clear water, and beautiful white sand.



The Space:

Villa Ocho is within the stunning Villa Flamingo complex, known for its tropical garden and fabulous location at the desirable south end of Playa Flamingo. This is the most ideal location in all of Flamingo - walkable to everything but quiet and peaceful.



Our guests love the open-concept design with plenty of natural light coming in from the oversized sliding doors that lead out into the tropical garden and pool area.



From the moment you step inside, you will notice the quality craftsmanship and thoughtful touches throughout, whether it is the high ceilings, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, custom wood floor, or the colorful decor, and playful Costa Rican art.



On the main level, you will find a spacious living room that integrates into the dining area, a fully furnished kitchen with a breakfast bar, a desk to work at, and a full bathroom to rinse from the pool and beach.



Upstairs, you will rest peacefully in two bedrooms, both with comfortable mattresses and fine linens to feel like you are sleeping among the clouds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and lots of closet space. The master suite includes a sitting area and a private balcony with wonderful ocean and garden views to make you feel immersed in this tropical paradise. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



The common areas in this condominium include outdoor seating, a palapa, and a swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that gives you the vibe of a resort. The complex has 24 hour security and you’ll find everyone smiling and friendly.



Equipped with a high-speed fiber optic internet connection and comfortable desk, this is a perfect location for digital nomads as you can work with no connectivity issues. You will definitely have the chance to make the 2 minute walk to the beach for a quick dip in the ocean between meetings or watch the sunset to finish the working day while sipping your favorite drink at the famous Coco Loco restaurant just steps away.



The house is fully equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, Smart TVs with streaming, high-speed internet, as well as laundry appliances for your convenience. About the Area:

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. Just steps to the beach, and within walking distance to the new Flamingo Marina, main shopping area, and the famous Coco Loco Restaurant, this property is very conveniently located. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning.



One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches, Playa Grande, is about 45 minutes by car, and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. Minutes away, Playa Potrero and Las Catalinas also offer additional dining and recreation options.

Perfect spot for a visit

We so enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as described. The pool and gardens are so beautifully maintained, it is truly a tranquil setting. Having a golf cart allowed us to travel around a bit and was enjoyable. Highly recommend, and can honestly say you will be living Pura Vida while there.
