## Logement
The apartment, located on the 3rd floor without elevator, is fully equipped and perfectly suited for a tourist stay. Facilities include a coffee machine (electric and Nespresso), oven, microwave, flat-screen TV and two ceramic hobs. On sunny days, you can enjoy meals al fresco on the balcony, which sleeps two. The apartment sleeps 4: 1 double bed (140 cm), 1 bunk bed (90 cm) and 1 sofa bed. Its proximity to popular local spots makes it an ideal choice. You'll be ideally located 250 meters from the beach and 900 meters from the center of Cabourg. What's more, you'll have access to a variety of nearby activities, such as the thalassotherapy spa, a golf course (9 holes), mini-golf, a casino, a cinema, tennis courts, a municipal swimming pool, beaches, water sports and more. Nearby shops make shopping a breeze. A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each stay.

## Emplacement
Cabourg is a seaside resort in Normandy, located on the Côte Fleurie. Numerous activities make this town pleasant for a stay with family, friends or alone. Fishing on foot or by sand yacht make the 4km of fine sand, along the Marcel Proust promenade and its beautiful houses pleasant. The Tourist Office offers a free walking tour of the most beautiful buildings of the resort. Like many seaside resorts, Cabourg has a Casino to entertain the older ones. Finally, the town hosts the Romantic Film Festival every year in June.

Très floues les relations avec l'agent immobilierr.

Vraiment déçue d'avoir dû passer par les services d'une agence pas du tout au point... Appartement bien situé mais sale. Oreillers et couettes tâchés. Moquette de la chambre à 2 lits non aspirée. Vaisselle à laver avant utilisation Rideau de la chambre principale tenu par des punaises! Sinon bien accueilli par le concierge !
