Residence "Le Clos du Golf". In the resort, 1.6 km from the centre of Cabourg, 2.3 km from the sea, 2.3 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular heated, fenced (10 x 16 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, tennis (2 x hard court), children's playground, parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 1.6 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bus stop "guillaume le conquérant" 1.9 km, thermal baths "Thalazur" 1.7 km. Golf course (9 hole) 300 m. Please note: no lift. The photograph shows a typical example. Composed of terraced houses and small buildings of 2 floors of Norman style.
3-room terraced house 40 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Boiler. Procédure d’arrivée et de départ irréprochable, très rapide et efficace.... le logement est fonctionnel mais plusieurs petits détails à noter quand même : Pas de lumières dans une chambre, des portes de placards pas fixées qui peuvent être dangereuses...
